We take pride in our customer service and your satisfaction is important to us. If an item is in stock, your order will be processed right away and shipped within 1-3 business days. However, since inventory can change significantly from day to day, an item may be in stock when you initially place your order, and be sold out by the time your order is processed. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will make every effort to re-stock as soon as possible. Due to the nature of our business, an order can take from 7-14 business days for delivery.

• International orders placed outside of US will be processed only if the shipping address provided matches
  the address specified with the Credit Card Company (billing address)
• All International orders MUST be issued in US dollars
• Please be aware that International orders needs to pass secure verification usually takes several days longer then domestic orders
• Our shipping vendor, United States Post Office, offers an excellent delivery time of 6 to 10 business days* to over 190 countries
• Insurance available to most destinations. You can add insurance for loss to the maximum amount allowed by the destination. Please choose from the shipping options : USPS Priority Mail With Insurance Included
• Includes delivery status with our Track & Confirm tool**
• Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelopes (with one t-shirt ordered) do not include indemnity coverage, are not insurable, and do not come with free tracking***
