Payment Option:
Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express. We insist that shopping on a secure site is safer than giving out your credit card number by fax or telephone, cellular and cordless phones in particular. Customers must register before making an order. This is to protect the credit card holder from fraud. The cardholders will be contacted if there is any doubt that they have not placed the order. To help protect against the use of stolen credit cards, we use an address verification system (AVS), which means that all orders over $100 will only be send to the billing address of the credit card. TshirtMonkey.com reserves the right to manually check all credit card information provided and contact the credit card holder by email or telephone and confirm all information needed. Return Policy:
We want our customers to feel comfortable with their purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange, merchandise credit, or a prompt refund excluding shipping cost. In some cases additional shipping charged may applied. Read our Return Policy for more details.

Exchange:
Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost unless the merchandise is shipped incorrectly or damaged. If you would like to exchange the size or design additional shipping charges will be applied.

Accepted payments:
We gladly accept all major credit cards: Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express through Verisign Gateway.
PayPal payment accepted from Registered Customers, and PayPal provide the same ability to pay for not registered customers as well, money orders and well canceled cash.

Safe online payments:
The credit card payment area of our site is secure as it is protected by the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. This means that any information you send us is protected by encryption. Checks and money orders:
We do not accept Personal Checks. Money Orders only.

Credit cards charge problems:
We process all credit cards by verifying full billing address and Credit Card Security Code - CSC (3 or 4 digit number that appears on your credit card’s back side).
If we weren’t able to match billing address provided by you to the billing address on file with your credit card provider we will void your order and money not will be debited from your account.
If your order will be void by our gateway any charges on your statement from TshirtMonkey are not debit but pending transactions. We will not receive your money and our bank refuse to accept your payments. Pending transactions not will be debited from your account and will be released in 2-5 business days.

USA shipping charges:
USPS Priority To Anywhere In USA: first item Only $4.99, each additional item + $1.

International shipping charges:
USPS Global Priority To Canada $8.50, each additional item +$8.50 however Maximum Shipment charge per order: $22.00
USPS Global Priority To The Rest Of The World $12.99, each additional item +$12.99 however Maximum Shipment charge per order: $30.00

Shipping policy:
We take pride in our customer service and your satisfaction is important to us. If an item is in stock, your order will be processed right away. However, since inventory can change significantly from day to day, an item may be in stock when you initially place your order, and be sold out by the time your order is processed. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will make every effort to re-stock as soon as possible. Do to the nature of our business, an order can take from two to four weeks for delivery. Order not received:
If for some reason you did not received your package within 14 days of your order being placed - do not panic. In most cases everything is in stock and orders will be shipped within 7-14 business days of you placing it. If an item is out of stock, your order could be delayed a few extra days. Please submit your request to our customer service (please provide your order number) and we will get back to you in 24 hrs with all available information regarding your order.

Sending a Gift:
You can purchase a Gift Certificate for your your family members or your friends. $30; $50; and $70 Gift Certificates available in hard and electronic format with a unique coupon code.
